Irish Fry in Philadelphia
This breakfast was cooked in Philadelphia, from items brought over from Dublin by my wife. The tomatoes, eggs, hash browns, and mushrooms are local, the rashers, sausages, and black and white pudding are all from Ireland. Not much more of a story I'm afraid. We used to have these "Big Breakfast" on the weekend, and usually have to substitute the Irish items with American items, but it is always a treat to get the real thing.
